RJN is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Aguin, PE, and Zach Matyja, PE, have been named Vice President of Operational Support and Vice President of Client Services, respectively.
Paul Costa, RJN's president and CEO, said that Elizabeth and Zach have proven their ability to take on the challenges of senior leadership and will continue to guide the firm in fostering a positive work culture and delivering client-focused services.
Elizabeth and Zach have demonstrated tremendous dedication to creating opportunities for RJN to grow in key areas, from enhancing operations to bringing RJN’s #innovative solutions to benefit new clients,” Costa said.
“I look forward to seeing how their #leadership drives innovation and value for our clients as they enter their new roles,” he added.
Under Elizabeth's leadership as director of operational support services, RJN's Data Group has refined processes and delivered successful flow monitoring programs for clients across the country.
“I am excited to assume this new role where I can create impact through RJN’s operational support services and continue to facilitate RJN’s leadership in our industry," Elizabeth said.
Zach, who has served as regional client manager and, more recently, as director of client services, has helped grow RJN's Midwest footprint and has been an integral part of RJN's growth over the past 13 years.
“I am excited to join RJN’s senior leadership team in this expanded role where I will work with each of our nationwide offices to bring our client-focused infrastructure engineering solutions to new markets," Zach said.
