Steve Jolley, PE, has joined RJN’s leadership team as vice president of field operations. In this new-to-RJN role, Steve will be responsible for overall field operations. He will work with RJN’s senior management team to implement the firm’s strategic vision and foster the values of our firm. Steve has extensive experience in our industry and will help RJN grow our field operations to the next level, from flow monitoring to field condition inspections.
RJN President and CEO Paul Costa said that RJN has seen growth in the demand for field services, and this new position will facilitate this development.
Our field operations have grown to a point where adding an executive-level manager to our roster was the right choice for our firm as we continue to expand our footprint into new markets,” Costa said. “Steve has led an impressive career and will lean on his wealth of industry experience to support growing our field operations, promote enhanced safety procedures, and deliver even more efficient data collection services.”
Jolley said he is looking forward to shepherding RJN’s field operations into the next phase of its evolution.

Steve, a registered professional engineer, has a master’s degree in environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The University of Alabama. His career spans over 26 years within the realm of engineering and utilities, rising through the ranks from project engineer to vice president of operations. He also served as a captain in the U.S. Army, where he was awarded the Bronze Star Medal with an honorable discharge.
