RJN Group, Inc. (RJN) is performing field investigative services for the Town of Highland Park to identify defects in areas with excessive infiltration and inflow. The scope of services includes intensive survey activities (smoke testing, dyed water flooding, and internal television inspection) and data analysis of the study areas. A recommended plan to reduce extraneous inflow and infiltration (I/I) will be prepared and presented to the Town of Highland Park at the conclusion of the study.
