Having been CFO for several other companies, including another large employee-owned firm, Todd helps ensure the key metrics and goals are known and managed by all teams. He shares group performance data about how our firm is doing overall and how each area contributes to our firm’s success. He helps coach and lead RJN to build upon our growth and enhance each employee’s retirement security.
