Wheaton, IL (March 2, 2015) – To assist our existing and potential clients in managing their underground infrastructure and to grow business in the mid-atlantic region, RJN Group, Inc.’s (RJN) East Coast Operations has hired a Managing Director, David Archard.
Mr. Archard has over 30-years of experience in the municipal public works/utility sector as a public official and a consultant focused on assisting municipal officials in managing and optimizing their municipal assets.
Prior to joining RJN, Mr. Archard’s recent major accomplishments include:
• The development of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection’s Operation Excellence (OpX) project
• The development of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority’s Interim Executive Director/Peer Performance Solution Project
• The development of the City of Buffalo, NY Water Department Operation and Maintenance Project, and
• Over 100 sewer system condition and performance evaluations within the East Coast.
Mr. Archard is an active member of the New England Water Environment Association, Chairman of the Membership Committee and Government Affairs Committee, the Chesapeake Water Environment Association, the New Jersey Water Environment Association, the New York Water Environment Association, the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, the Virginia Water Environment Association, American Public Works Association, New England Chapter, Asset Management Committee, and the Water Environment Federation.
Mr. Archard is from Rhode Island and grew up in metropolitan Boston, where he earned his BSET in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
