Description: A critical relief sewer interceptor was designed through a highly congested corridor including hand dug 70-inch NAS tunnel liner plate (TLP). Future development was expected to increase wastewater flows requiring revised relief interceptor plans to maximize carrying capacities in the new relief pipeline, achieving a total capacity of 130 MGD for a construction contract change order of $366,457.
