Jonesboro City Water & Light sought RJN’s help to validate the accuracy of flow data collected through an ongoing program and to construct and calibrate a hydraulic model to evaluate the performance of their collection system.  The flow data verification process required a complete review of the data including conducting in-situ calibration measurements to validate the equipment accuracies over the measurement period.  The data was verified using Mannings and Continuity equation comparisons and complex flow balancing measures.  The corrected data was used to calibrate the hydraulic model of the collection system mirroring all pipes 10 inches and larger.
