The multi-year Trunk Sewer Inspection Program is being conducted as a requirement of the WSSC Consent Decree issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ). RJN was selected to provide services for a manhole and exposed pipe inspection program for trunk sewers and feeder lines located in challenging sites, including heavily wooded right-of-ways and along or crossing streams.
